About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can own product initiatives end-to-end and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build and scale impactful B2B products. The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, execution skills, and preferably experience working in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through execution and launch.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to drive timely product delivery.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product performance and leverage data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage product launches and ensure alignment across relevant stakeholders.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building and managing B2B products.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of product outcomes.

Preferred

• Startup experience preferred.
• Experience working in a high-growth/product-led environment.
• Strong customer-centric and data-driven approach.
• Experience taking products/features from concept to launch.
