About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of product engineering and lead the development of scalable, production-ready applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the PERN stack and proven experience in building products from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
• Build and maintain applications using PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Drive technical architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Own product development initiatives from 0-to-1, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the engineering team.
• Participate actively in system design, technical decision-making, and production deployment.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PERN stack:
• PostgreSQL
• Express.js
• React.js
• Node.js
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, backend architecture, and frontend development.
• Proven experience in 0-to-1 product development/building products from scratch – mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
• Experience working in a B2B or B2C product environment.
• Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in startup/product-led environments.
• Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
