EPC Head (Electrical & Instrumentation) – Mumbai

About the company: A Mumbai-based, NSE-listed electrical and instrumentation (E&I) EPC contractor with a strong order book led by refinery work, running 40+ sites across India in three zones.

Role overview: Take over the Eastern zone – 8–9 live projects including major refinery and PSU work, with 2 more in the pipeline – plus new sites. Lead the zone's project managers and site teams; peer to the Western and Gujarat zone leads. Reports to the Directors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Head end-to-end E&I project delivery through commissioning across multiple concurrent sites
  • - Lead project managers, project coordinators and site coordinators
  • - Build PSU/refinery client relationships through delivery and convert them into repeat orders

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years in E&I EPC (contractor side, not consultant/PMC)
  • - Has headed a ₹100 crore+ E&I programme for PSU or refinery clients through commissioning
  • - Has run 8+ concurrent E&I sites
  • - BE/BTech (mandatory)

Location: Mumbai-based, with regular site and client travel
