Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We're building an AI-powered platform that helps revenue teams capture, organize, and retain critical customer knowledge across emails, meetings, conversations, and business systems.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll join a small, highly technical founding engineering team and work directly with the CTO to build products used by enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, ship features end-to-end, and help shape the future of the platform.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations that power core product workflows
• Build scalable systems for ingesting, processing, and organizing large volumes of business data
• Work across frontend, backend, and database layers to deliver end-to-end features
• Collaborate closely with founders, product stakeholders, and other engineers to define and execute product roadmap initiatives

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on backend development experience using Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, or similar technologies
• Experience building and shipping production applications end-to-end
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and application architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Exposure to BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, or similar cloud technologies
• Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines
• Familiarity with WebSockets, event-driven architectures, or real-time systems
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, or AI-powered product features
