Finance Controller

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial governance, statutory reporting, and compliance across the group. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring regulatory precision, transparency, and strong internal controls at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Controllership & Governance: Lead end-to-end controllership, entity consolidation, financial governance, and statutory reporting.

• Regulatory Compliance: Drive adherence to ICDR, SEBI, Ind-AS, Indian GAAP, and other applicable regulations.

• Audit & Assurance: Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits—ensuring zero non-compliance and high-quality reporting.

• Taxation: Own direct and indirect tax compliance, assessments, and strategic tax planning.

• Reporting: Deliver accurate quarterly and annual financial statements with strong disclosures and investor-grade hygiene.

• Controls & Processes: Build and strengthen internal controls, accounting systems, and reporting frameworks for scale.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, legal, and investor teams to ensure high-quality governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.

• 12–20 years of experience in finance controllership and reporting, preferably with listed companies.

• Proven expertise in ICDR, Ind-AS, Indian GAAP, SEBI reporting, tax, and audit management.

• Strong leadership skills, ability to manage complexity, and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

• Sharp execution discipline with a strategic mindset.
