We are a small, funded team working at the intersection of AI models, data, and evals. Most AI work focuses on the model. This role focuses on turning what we build into revenue. We build across software engineering, healthcare, financial services, and agentic AI. The problems change often; the bar stays high. Every hire shapes the company.

YOUR ROLE

This role owns revenue for the Agentic AI vertical from first principles. You define who we sell to, build the pipeline, close the first enterprise contracts, and turn early wins into a repeatable motion. It reports directly to the Founder and begins as a deeply hands-on closing role, with a clear path to building the GTM function as the motion proves out. You sit between enterprise buyers and the engineers shipping the product. The output is real deals in production. The impact is immediate and visible.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the agentic AI revenue number end-to-end: pipeline generation, deal strategy, and close

• Define the ideal customer profile and segmentation; build the outbound and inbound motion that reaches it

• Run full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, technical scoping with the Founder and engineers, pricing, negotiation, and close

• Translate enterprise problems into agent deployments: workflows, tool use, evaluation criteria, and a clear line to ROI

• Build the GTM foundation: positioning, sales narrative, pricing, collateral, and CRM discipline

• Land and expand: convert pilots into production contracts and reference accounts

• Feed the field back into the roadmap; partner with engineering on POCs and what to build next

• Represent us with enterprise buyers, ecosystem partners, and at industry forums

• Hire and shape the early BD and GTM team once the motion is repeatable

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales or business development, with a track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals

• 0-to-1 instinct: you have built pipeline and closed deals without an established brand, a written playbook, or a team behind you

• Fluency in agentic AI and LLMs: you can hold a credible conversation about agents, tool use, and evaluation, and you know where

they create real value without overselling

• Structured thinking and precise communication, where framing the problem matters as much as solving it

• High ownership, strong execution, and the ability to drive ambiguous deals to resolution without waiting to be asked

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience selling technical or platform products (data, infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer SaaS), with credibility in front of both economic and technical buyers

• Experience holding client relationships and driving sales at top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney) or Big 4 firms (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte)

• Existing relationships with enterprise buyers in regulated sectors (financial services, healthcare) or with AI/ML budget owners

• Experience standing up a GTM function from scratch: process, pricing, CRM, and first hires

• A track record working closely with technical founders or product and engineering teams

• Exposure to RLHF, evaluation workflows, or agent deployment in production settings
