Head of Finance / VP Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Finance / VP Finance to lead the finance function of a listed manufacturing group with a strong growth trajectory. The role requires a seasoned finance leader who can partner with the Board and CEO to shape long-term financial and business strategy while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Leadership: Own corporate finance, accounts, governance, and compliance for the group.
• Financial Planning & Control: Drive budgeting, costing, MIS, and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Capital Markets & Banking: Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions; lead capital raising and treasury strategy.
• Restructuring & Governance: Oversee balance sheet restructuring, internal controls, and statutory compliance to align with business goals.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, investments, and risk management.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with 15–25 years of finance leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in managing balance sheet restructuring, costing, treasury and banking relationships.
• Demonstrated success in working with Boards, promoters, and senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to drive financial performance.
