Objective
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing & managing teams, and implementing strategies to expand market presence. This is a frontline leadership role focused on achieving sales targets and strengthening brand visibility within a specific geographic area.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for establishing and expanding the sales team as per organizational requirements.
● Motivate & Manage the sales team.
●The Candidate should have experience in the paint industry.
● Oversee and manage B2B & OEMs within the assigned territory.
● Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies and business plans to meet organizational revenue goals.
● Plan and conduct brand-building activities to boost business and product visibility.
● Regularly conduct market visits to track competitor activities, resolve trade issues, and gather business feedback.
● Analyze and forecast area sales numbers and submit regular performance updates to the Managing Director.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with the key customers, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
● Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and develop new channels as needed.
● Handle customer and OEM queries and provide technical guidance on product application.
● Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and OEMs while maintaining credit control.
● Coordinate with the accounts and supply chain departments for billing, dispatch, and logistics for both dealers and OEMs.
● Prepare daily sales reports, dealer and OEM visit summaries, and monthly performance updates.
● Collaborate with the marketing and technical departments to support product demonstrations, OEM trials, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Skills:
● Must be a Graduate.
● Strong communication & interpersonal skills
● Own Vehicle must
● Should have 15+ years of experience in the Same Industry.
● Location - Lucknow (OPEN).
