Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Enterprise Key Account Manager to drive customer acquisition, account growth, and long-term client relationships. The role requires a strong blend of hunting and farming capabilities, enabling the individual to acquire new enterprise customers while maximizing revenue from existing accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new enterprise customers.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across target industries.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- Develop account acquisition strategies and execute them effectively.
- Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and account planning discussions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Drive adherence to service levels and operational commitments.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.
- Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen account relationships.
Requirements
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Strong hunting and farming experience.
- Experience handling complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
