IP Camera Project Head

Role Summary

The IP Camera Project Head will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development, localization, certification, manufacturing readiness, and commercialization of Kryon's surveillance product portfolio, including IP Cameras, NVRs, VMS, Cloud Platform, and AI Analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Program Management

· Lead the overall IP camera business program from concept to commercialization.

· Manage cross-functional coordination between R&D, ODM partners, manufacturing, certification, sales, and support teams.

· Drive product portfolio selection and lifecycle management.

Technology & R&D

· Oversee hardware, firmware, VMS, cloud platform, and mobile application development.

· Work closely with ODM/OEM partners for technology transfer and localization.

· Define long-term technology ownership roadmap.

Certification & Compliance

· Lead STQC, ER-BIS, VAPT, ONVIF, WPC, and other certification activities.

· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and government procurement requirements.

Commercialization

· Support pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.

· Work closely with sales teams for customer engagements and technical discussions.

Desired Experience

· 10–15 years of experience in surveillance, networking, or telecom, or electronics products.

· Experience with IP Cameras, NVRs, VMS, cloud platforms, or related security products.

· Understanding of SoCs, image sensors, embedded systems, and surveillance architecture.

· Experience managing ODM/OEM partnerships and product development programs.

· Exposure to STQC, cybersecurity, and government projects preferred.
