Product Manager – FinTech

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of total experience, including at least 4+ years exclusively in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building products from 0→1, owning the product journey from concept to launch and scale.

Candidates with experience in Cards and/or Lending products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and roadmap planning to execution and launch.
• Drive the development of new fintech products from 0→1.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Gather customer insights, define product requirements, and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience exclusively in the FinTech industry (Mandatory).
• Proven experience building and launching products from 0→1.
• Strong preference for candidates who have worked on Cards and/or Lending products.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and product documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with digital lending, credit cards, payments, or other financial products.
• Exposure to customer journeys, risk, compliance, and regulatory aspects of fintech.
• Data-driven approach to product decision-making and experimentation.
