Product Manager – Enterprise AI Platform

About the Role

Building an enterprise AI platform that enables organizations to securely deploy, manage, govern, and scale AI-powered applications and intelligent agents across their business. As enterprises accelerate AI adoption, they need robust infrastructure to manage agent lifecycles, governance, observability, security, and operational workflows.

As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with engineering, design, leadership, and customers to define product strategy, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and drive the delivery of high-impact features. This is a high-ownership role where you'll help shape an emerging AI product category while ensuring product decisions are grounded in customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify product opportunities and define clear requirements.
• Write high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to prioritise features, clarify technical requirements, and support product delivery.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business objectives.
• Drive product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder discussions, and market research.
• Support product releases by preparing documentation, release notes, demos, and internal enablement materials.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, developer tools, AI/ML, cloud, or technical products.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, feature specifications, user stories, and product documentation.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Strong customer discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• High ownership mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivering customer value.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, observability, or developer platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, pilots, Proof of Concepts (POCs), or design partners.
• Experience creating product demos, customer-facing documentation, and supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.
• Exposure to early-stage startups or zero-to-one product development.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve product research, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
