We're a full-service political consultancy with a national footprint, working alongside one of India's leading political parties. We build campaigns, shape narratives, and help leaders connect with millions of people.

Elections aren't won by advertisements alone; they're won by understanding the political pulse, anticipating developments, and ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

You’d own the pages millions check during the biggest political moments of the year - not a brand mascot account, not “engagement” for its own sake. These are the feeds where narratives get set, defended and won.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Own the content calendar across Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube - and the strategy behind it

• Turn a breaking political moment into a post before the moment passes

• Brief designers and editors, then ship at the speed the news cycle demands

• Read the metrics, the comments and the mood, and adjust daily

• Spot what’s trending and bend it toward the cause before competitors do

You won’t be scheduling someone else’s ideas. You’ll be deciding what we say and when.

What we need from you:

• 2+ years running brand or political social at real scale

• A native feel for what makes Indians share, argue and screenshot

• Calm inside a news cycle that genuinely never sleeps

• Sharp writing instincts and a sharper sense of timing

Bonus points if you:

• Fluent in Telugu

• Follow Indian politics closely enough to have opinions about it

• Have grown an account from nothing and know exactly why it worked
