SPM - User Identity
Purpose of the Position
As a Senior Product Manager - User Identity & Profiling, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the organization’s identity and profiling platform across consumer-facing products and internal systems. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity infrastructure, household profiling, and personalisation capabilities that enable seamless cross-session experiences, intelligent recommendations, and long-term customer engagement.
The role requires a product leader with strong platform thinking, data fluency, and experience building identity or profiling systems at scale. You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Design, and cross-functional Product teams to create a unified identity layer, scalable profile architecture, and privacy-first data foundation that powers personalised experiences across multiple business verticals.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 7-9 years of Product Management experience in identity systems, personalisation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), platform products, or large-scale consumer ecosystems within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong background in FinTech, InsurTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, aggregators, or B2B2C platform businesses preferred.
- Demonstrated experience owning identity, profiling, or personalisation platforms with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, retention, or recommendation quality.
- Hands-on understanding of identity resolution, profile management, cross-session continuity, and household/account modelling concepts.
- Experience working closely with Data Engineering and Architecture teams on scalable identity infrastructure and event-driven data systems.
- Strong understanding of privacy-by-design principles including consent management, data minimisation, and user-facing data controls.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience building identity, profiling, or personalisation platform products.
- Experience with system integrations, identity stitching, or customer data unification platforms.
- Experience designing internal platform services and reusable APIs for cross-functional product teams.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable identity and household-level data models.
- Experience defining and managing data models, event taxonomies, API contracts, and data quality requirements.
- Hands-on exposure to identity graph concepts including entity resolution, probabilistic/deterministic matching, and confidence scoring.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear business outcomes.
