Purpose of the Position
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key products that power CaaS platform. You will own the roadmap from concept to delivery, bridging strategy, technology, and customer experience. The role demands a product leader who can define vision, drive execution, and continuously improve adoption and engagement across B2C and B2B platforms.
Location: Jaipur / Gurgaon
Your Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
* 5-8 years of Product Management experience (platforms, integrations, internal products, or SaaS foundations) in an Agile/Scrum setup.
* Strong SaaS and/or FinTech background preferred (or adjacent: marketplaces, aggregators, B2B2C platforms).
* Demonstrated recent hands-on work applying AI to transform systems or internal products beyond prototypes, showing measurable outcomes.
Must-Have Requirements
* Experience building system/platform products.
* Experience with systems integrations.
* Experience building internal systems as well as external integrations
* Strong systems thinking mindset & internal stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience managing full product lifecycles across the platforms.
* Strong communication skills to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.
