About the Role

We are a founder-led AI and analytics product company building intelligence, security and decision-support platforms for government, defence, law-enforcement and enterprise customers. The business is scaling fast, with the order book expected to roughly double over the next 18 months.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to act as the founder's second-in-command and own how the company runs: delivery, services, operating cadence and the leadership layer that makes growth repeatable and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations and delivery across product deployments, projects and services, with direct accountability for delivery P&L and margins.
• Find and fix project margin leakage; build pricing and margin models for implementation, AMC and renewal contracts.
• Move delivery from bespoke, one-off projects to a standardised, repeatable model built on the product platform.
• Strengthen and, where needed, rebuild the leadership layer across delivery, program management, support and operations as the business outgrows its current structure.
• Design and run a company-wide management system: operating cadence, KPIs, reviews and governance that cross-functional teams (including those not reporting to you) are held to.
• Manage large government and defence programs end to end, including sign-off cycles, compliance, acceptance and contractual risk.
• Work closely with AI/analytics product and R&D teams so that what is built can be delivered, supported and scaled.
• Partner with the founder and board on strategy, annual operating plans and business reviews.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years of experience, including senior operating leadership in a business that scaled quickly.
• Direct ownership of a delivery or services P&L in a B2B, government or enterprise-facing business.
• A track record of making delivery repeatable in a product or platform company.
• Experience as a founder's #2 or in a board-facing operating role.
• Enough product and technology depth to be credible with AI/analytics engineering and R&D teams.
• Good to have: government, defence or law-enforcement delivery experience; services pricing and margin modelling.
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate; this is an in-person role.
